Stamping: As with all aspects of Carbi-Tech’s business development, fulfilling customer needs has propelled Carbi-Tech into the metal parts production market. Specializing in low to medium volume production, we have combined our tooling design and build talents to support the efforts of the stamping group. Medium and high precision metal stampings of aluminum, cold-rolled steel, brass, and copper are all materials suited to our capabilities. Quantities of 10,000 or 10,000,000 we deliver quality and value on a timely basis.
Engineering: To maintain control of processes and procedures, Carbi-Tech has in-house Engineering to support all aspects of our business. Depending on customer needs, we utilize AutoCAD 2004 and Inventor 8, 3-D solid modeling design and engineering programs. We can aid in original or redesign of components, complete dies and production metal parts. Our engineering group will focus their efforts based on customer criteria, ease of maintenance, part functionality and productivity all translating into a more overall cost-effective project.
"Value Added": Carbi-Tech’s goal is the overall success of our valued customers. When we review a customer inquiry, it is not viewed with the single thought of producing the part to print. We look for opportunities to increase productivity, functionality, ease of maintenance and foremost profitability. Reviewing a recent inquiry led one customer to make a change in their part design based on Carbi-Tech’s suggestion. The change affected functionality and the marketing aspects of the parts utilization. Our suggestion led to better part and increased product recognition and at a reduced cost.
