Die Components: Carbi-Tech built its business providing customers with spare punches and die sections of carbide and tool steels. Maintaining precision requirements and meeting or exceeding customers’ needs is the foundation for this product group. Over the years we have expanded both capabilities and capacities. With the addition of conventional and wire EDM and in-house heat-treating facilities, Carbi-Tech is a full service die component supplier for both carbide and steel tooling needs.
Complete Dies: As Carbi-Tech’s customer base has grown, so have our customers’ needs for a full service tooling concern. After being approached by a number of customers, Carbi-Tech has added to its capabilities complete precision progressive die design and manufacturing. We are able to either design in-house or utilize customer designs to provide complete dies utilizing carbide or steel components. From low volume simplistic metal parts to precise high volume product requirements, Carbi-Tech is able to design and built to fill customers’ production needs.
Precision Machining and Grinding: For the non-traditional tool and die customer, Carbi-Tech is able to provide precision ground or machined parts. Whether as part of an assembly or a part within a process or machine that may be subjected to wear, we are able to provide the steel or carbide precision components to aid in functionality and increase wear ability.
