To be sure that Carbi-Tech, Inc. will be able to serve customers in the future, we have implemented our own training program from within. Apprentices are hired and report directly to a training supervisor whose sole duty is to mold our future workforce so we may maintain and grow with the needs of our customers.
Medical InsuranceCarbi-Tech, Inc. offers a medical insurance cost-share plan to all full-time, permanent employees of the company. Employees will receive a brochure outlining coverage and procedures for our existing plan. Eligibility for this plan will be effective the month following the satisfactory completion of the probationary period (90 days.)
401(k)Carbi-Tech, Inc. also offers a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, which is fully administered by Keystone Benefits Group. All employees who have completed 12 month of service and have attained age 21 will be eligible to participate in the plan. Employees will enter the plan on the first day of the month following completion of the age and service requirements.
VacationEmployees must be employed with Carbi-Tech, Inc. for one complete year to their anniversary date to be eligible to receive vacation. All vacation is based on an eight-hour day. After 12 months of service based on your starting date, employees will receive five days of vacation. After three years of service, 10 days of vacation will be awarded, and after five years of service, 15 days of vacation will be awarded
HolidayCarbi-Tech, Inc. offers seven paid holidays to employees, after the full-time, permanent employee has completed the designated probationary period.
